Most FitVault physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the condition requirements below. We want you to have gear that works for you.
Product categories covered: resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, gym bags, jump ropes, pull-up bars, cable machines, and other physical gym equipment sold through FitVault.
Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all accessories and instructions included.

- Original packaging intact (or suitable alternative packaging for transit)
- All original accessories, parts, and documentation included
- Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
- You have your order confirmation or receipt

Email us to start the processSend an email to hello@fitvault.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Pack the item securelyUse the original packaging if possible. Make sure the item is clean, dry, and protected for transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the box.

Ship it back to our returns addressAfter we respond with your returns authorization, ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracking number — you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund processed after inspectionOnce we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
All FitVault digital products (PDF downloads, e-books, program guides, workout plans, and similar files delivered electronically) are non-refundable. This is standard for digital goods — once a file is downloaded, we can't revoke access. Please review product descriptions and any free previews before purchasing.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no cost — just email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. For size or color exchanges on non-defective items, the process is the same as a return: email us, return the original, and place a new order for the variant you want.
- Once we receive your return: 1–2 business days for initial review
- Refund issued after inspection: 3–5 business days
- Credit to your account: depends on your bank — typically 5–10 business days after we process it
- Original shipping costs: not refunded (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)
